T1rho Spin-lock image Not a Recognized Scan Type #92

Hi all,

I recently requested a change to the image03.csv file on the NDA website. I sked them to add "T1rho Spin-lock image" as a valid imaging scan type (for the _scantype variable). They just changed it so that it is now valid. However, when I run nda-tools, it still throws an error telling me that it is not a valid scan type.

What is the help desk ticket number? I am not seeing the change you requested to the datastructure

Apologies for the delayed response. The option is there as of today. Per the Help Desk ticket history, it was added March 5. Let us know if you are still having issues
