Length specification #6

Hi, I have interleaved fastq short read file from R1 and R2. The length of R1 reads are 128bp and the length of R2 reads are 151 bp. Which ones should I choose in -len parameter ? Thanks in Advance. AP

You would have to choose 128bp as the length.
