Slack trigger for George's Calendly #10

Automate behavior in Slack so that anytime a lab member wants to meet with George, they can type something into Slack (e.g., "talk with George") and Slackbot will pull up this link, enabling the lab member to open the Calendly link and pick an available time from George's calendar.
