github-gitlab: integration for psychopy tasks

Use GH for everything, including analysis scripts. But online Pavlovia studies require use of GitLab.

Options:

• Always push to both. :x:
• Use GH, but create automated pushing to GitLab. (ideal, but timely)
• Use GH, manually transfer when running online. :question:

Devised solution and deployed 01/2022. Tasks may be initially built on GitHub (although GitLab is preferred), but when deployed to GitLab, they should live only in the one place. The GitHub repo should merely contain a note that the code for active studies is available upon request. If such access is requested, it is possible to add read-only collaborators to the GitLab repo. After data collection is complete, the GitLab repo is made public and the GitHub page is updated to point to it.
