Scripts to organize CMI behavioral and phenotypic data #153

This issue needs to be broken down into smaller issues. But, adding this here as one issue, and in DevOps, for now.

To facilitate some grant applications, we need additional pilot data. This can come, in part, from some analyses of the CMI data. Note, this is the same data set that we are currently focusing on for pepper, albiet for pepper, we are focusing on the EEG data.

This issue refers to writing a set of scripts to organize and score (as neccesary) some of the behavioral and phenotypic data from th CMI data set. This can then be used as pilot data for grants, for future analyses linking these measures to the CMI eeg, and, potentially, to standalone paper(s) that focus on the CMI data by itself.

Note: the "add to sprint?" label has been added, but, this will need to be broken down before adding pieces to the upcoming sprint.
