Pulls input from: raw Outputs to: checked

Script checks for duplications:

• duplicate subject number folders
• duplicate files within folders (e.g. multiple flanker CSVs)

Script checks whether any new subjects added to the folder since the last run. If new subjects found:

• checks for correct nomenclature on subject folder names
• checks that CSV files within subject folder have the correct ID value (match folder name)
• checks whether any of the three CSV files from Pavlovia (flanker, dccs, nback) are missing

If errors thrown: e-mail alert If error-free: copies participant folder to checked
