Pulls input from: raw Outputs to: checked

Script checks whether any new subjects added to the folder since the last run. If new subjects found:

for correct nomenclature on subject file names
correct password is used for encryption

If errors thrown: e-mail alert If error-free: copies encrypted gpg to checked and e-mail alert
