No error message. Tracker indicates 0s where there should be 1s. Some participant numbers that have data elsewhere are not even getting 0s.

EEG

Does not appear that -n flag is bypassing expectations for specific number of files with matching PsychoPy naming convention. (`Error: sub-240001/ folder does not contain 2 data files)

PsychoPy

Files are moved correctly to checked, but central tracker not updated. Error message:

REDCap

Working previously, looks like the script isn't making it to the lines that would update the tracker for the various REDCap data points (including "consent").

Allow to accept 'id' or 'participant'. (Only look at first cell in column to identify the id.)

EEG/Digi

Have tracker input 0 if the subject exists in a global set (based on 'consent') as opposed to looking solely in the sourcedata/eeg or sourcedata/digi folders.

Recording changes made during this process:

• mkdir > mkdir -p
• add -n flag for single EEEG (can only have one file, any name acceptable)
• no addition of columns to central tracker beyond those specified in central tracker data dico (included change to instruments json_scorer.py)
• no attempt to copy digi data from raw to checked (just verify existence and update tracker)
• psychopy files accept "id" or "participant" (looking only at first cell)
