Develop a script to compare the output of HM 2.0 against the gold standard dataset and generate a report.

[x] Define the expected format of the gold standard output.
[x] Implement functionality to compare the HM output to the gold standard.
[ ] Generate reports that highlight differences between outputs.
[ ] Document how to interpret the comparison report.
