discuss required code/gh reviews
-in principle, strongly want this. in practice, i find it hard for even myself to keep up with. I would like to start a discussion about whether this is something we all simply need to make time for, or if there should be certain things that REQUIRE review, whereas it is optional for others? What constitutes a review? Reading over code enough in some cases, or always requires actual testing?
