R Programming Standards Wiki Section #91

Hi @jessb0t @F-said! I was looking over the wiki and noticed that under Programming Standards we currently have a section on Python, but nothing about R currently. Just wanted to bring this to your attention since I know we will want that added at some point!

@kianooshhosseini Do you have a particular suggestions that would be useful to add now? If so, let's add them on a new branch (r-standards-kia). Otherwise, we can leave this issue open and as people start running analyses, we can figure out if there is anything particular that we should standardize across the lab!

@jessb0t No, I don't have specific suggestions for this now. It's a good idea to keep this issue open until we find if there are things that we can standardize or not. Thank you @jessb0t !
