requirement to always enroll in course credit (even if 0 credits) so there is more accountability for a grade, tracked via TeamWork (tough to get people to actually log hours) or Slack channel (maybe too many pings, but social pressure could be a positive)

expectation to run 1 weekend visits per semester (unless special exception)
move toward everyone having a specific set of hours/schedule they are present for lab work (can be adjusted exceptionally for certain weeks, but otherwise set for the entire semester) - not strictly enforced but improved accountability
