This week:

REMINDER: submit to kudos box!
Discussion of general guidelines for authorship
Plan for lab meeting presentations - sign up sheet here
Discuss plan for how to communicate HPC needs; plan ahead to maximize our use but ensure not blocking others, etc.
Need to have regular backup process running on all lab-related computers (including school & personal laptops)
Discuss standard R statistics packages to use across the lab
Documentation overhaul - planned changes; what is needed but missing?
Recruitment event protocol - manual + importance of protecting identifiable information & transferring rapidly
Re-starting journal club either 1x/month or every 2 weeks (focusing mainly on work from our lab and/or stuff GB has published in the past; undergrads heavily encouraged to attend)
Roles & responsibilities: draft list of your current responsibilities + what you do but shouldn't, what you could but don't
Discuss EEG training protocol documents & videos
Check in about quiz to test out of EEG training
