Include blacklisting information on plotting page. #124

We already log when sites are blacklisted; we should record this somewhere in our plotting. Maybe a plot of machines blacklisted per unit time? Or simply a summary of total number of machines blacklisted?

I think both plots and summary would be useful. In the summary, it might make sense to also provide an overview of clusters with similar hostnames (d6copt, disc, etc…), to quickly rule out problematic clusters? For that, it may be helpful to have a count of connected workers, too.
