Add total time / event to monitoring #328

I think we should consider adding the total time / event for each workflow to the monitoring (probably the summary table?) This would include overhead, etc.

This would be a good elasticsearch thing, /me thinks.

Sounds useful. If I have all the component times already, I could add them up in Kibi as a scripted field, but that could be slow.
