Lobster reporting to CMS Dashboard as an "unknown" submission tool #598

Looking at the dashboard, it seems lobster started reporting itself as an "unknown" submission tool rather than "lobster" at some point in March.

There were many changes to dash.py that month so I guess one of those changes made that.

That's the first change I found after the start of March involving telling the dashboard about "lobster").

OK, I'm out. Can someone with dashboard knowledge look at those changes and suggest which, if any might explain the loss of Lobster as the tool?
