after your recent change regarding the rendering I ran the checks and found that the font wasn't generated with gftools, which caused a few errors in fontbakery.
I set the origin master in the base settings, as gftools doesn't know how to interpret the VF settings in the instances tab, bumped the version to 1.101 and generated the font with gftools.
