Fix menu font color #6

Font in the menu is probably too low contrast to be accessible.

Is this referring to the Admin menu or the Dashboard navigation menu?

This is before the Australian update, so it was for everywhere. I would fire it up and have Jill look at it. She'll know what needs to be changed.
