view pdf files in application not download them-PDF viewer plugin not in applications #129

i want to view the pdf files in new window but it's always download them 
i tried php code reader to read pdf files but all my activity give me the same 
results (download pdf) i tried object in html but the same

A built-in PDF rendering support will appear when PHP Desktop updates CEF 
framework to branch 2062 (Chrome 37) or later.
