Add GitHub contribution activity integration to DevHub profile

Problem

DevHub currently lacks a way for developers who use GitHub to showcase their contribution history on DevHub. This makes it difficult to showcase their skills and experience and for reviewers or sponsors to evaluate others.

User Stories

• As a DevHub user, I want to demonstrate my contribution activity from Github so that others can see my previous experience and contributions.
• As a DevHub sponsor or reviewer, I want to see a developer's contribution history at a glance so that I can better understand their experience and commitment when making decisions.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] If a user enters a valid GitHub user name on their near.org profile, there is a GitHub section displayed in the user's DevHub profile page.
• [ ] The DevHub profile must sync with the developer's GitHub profile and display accurate and up-to-date data.
• [ ] If a user does not have a GitHub user name on their near.org profile, the GitHub section is hidden
• [ ] The DevHub profile shows available contribution data
  • [ ] #,### contributions in the last year
  • [ ] Contributions calendar

@jaswinder6991 Reopening this ticket and focusing the scope on just GitHub profile integration. I think we need to do a couple of things before starting development: 1) Researching what data is available to pull from GitHub and updating this ticket accordingly; 2) Mocking up profile design that accounts for this (perhaps with Sasha).

Can you please take that?
