Missing Funding Docs links for Events & Infrastructure portals #789

Affected Portal: Events

Description: Currently under category, we have this help text: Need guidance? See Funding Docs.

Right now we link the Events Committee funding docs incorrectly to an old link. We need to create/link this to a page specific for the events committee.

User Type: Specify: All Users

Reproduction Steps

  1. Create a new proposal
  2. Try clicking on "Funding Docs" link under Categories
  3. See wrong doc ....

Acceptance Criteria

Expected behavior Need to update these docs with the appropriate content.

Repurposing this ticket just for the Events Committee. Updated the acceptance criteria and it's ready to be picked up.

@trechriron FYI – the Infra Committee Guidelines currently points to this page, which was last updated in June: https://github.com/near/Infrastructure-Working-Group/wiki/Funding-Process-%E2%80%90-Company

Let me know if we need to update this page, and if so – please feel free to create a new GitHub ticket to track it.
