clean up old community fields and migrates #77

Resolves #74 and Resolves #76 and unblocks #544

Since issue #74, #75 and #76 need a migration, I'm gonna tackle them together to get it done in one go. But just to be on the safe side, I'll create separate pull requests in case any issues pop up later on.

Also still need to thoroughly search if there are more things to clean up.

UPDATE:

Because 75 is still in progress I will open this PR for review and write another seperate migration for PR #78 tomorrow.
