Problem
Currently when the moderators approve a funding proposal, trustees needs to manually check sponsorship posts and then issue grants. We want to automate this process.
User Story
As a moderator, I want to create a payment request that refer to a solution post, instead of reply a sponsorship post. This payment request should be send to trustees and gateway notify them. As a moderator, I also want to manage recipients, see their KYC status and test transaction confirm, before creating payment request for them.
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] Following this figma design, create the moderators tab of the DevDAO dashboard
[ ] For this MVP ticket, we only need "Create Payment Request" and "Manage Recipients" panel.
[ ] Validate the edit form for "Manage Recipients" panel
[ ] Validate the form from "Create Payment Request" panel. The recipient must be selected from "Manage Recipients"
[ ] Do not need to actually integrate with the smart contract in this ticket.
