Implement analytics/stats for:

number of unique participants
how long it takes from issue to merged PR
how long it takes from PR submission to merged PR
impact on the open source projects: the number of contributors / PR frequency/responsiveness of the maintainers

The first version available on private channels (delivered by a bot) A more complex analytics system does not make sense at this stage, moving to the next milestone
