Renaming a repository causes it to fall out of Race-Of-Sloths #188

I just got the feedback on my PR that the https://github.com/NEAR-DevHub/neardevhub-portal is not part of Race-Of-Sloths, which I suspect is because it is registered as https://github.com/NEAR-DevHub/neardevhub-bos in Race-Of-Sloths.

Forget about this.. we will change the name back to neardevhub-bos
