Submitting pull request with a bot command

User story

As a contributor, I want to submit my pull request (PR) for the "Race Of Sloths", so I can participate in the competition and have my contributions evaluated

Acceptance criteria

• [x] The bot must recognize and correctly respond to the command to include a pull request in the race. The command should look like @race-of-sloths include in the PR comment.
• [x] The command must work regardless of the case (upper or lower) used.

• [x] Upon receiving the command, the bot should post a confirmation comment on the pull request indicating that it has been successfully included in the race and the next steps for the maintainer

  • [x] Bot reply: see the welcome messages section in #78 and copyright in #79

  • [x] The bot should like the comment with include command of the pull request with a thumb-up emoji

• [x] If the command is incorrectly formatted or incomplete, the bot should provide a helpful error message detailing how to correctly submit the pull request.
  • [x] If this is the first message made by the creator of the pull request and the bot name is written correctly, just include it and do the normal reply
• [x] If the bot fails to process the command due to an error, it should inform the user and provide relative guidance
  • [x] (SKIP THIS FOR THE POST-MVP)If the repository is not a part of the Race of Sloths, the bot should reply: “This repository is not a part of the Race of Sloths. If you are a maintainer and want to include your repository in the race, use this form (active link to the submit-your-repo page on the landing) to provide us more details about your project”
