As a maintainer, I want to rate a particular pull request, so that I can provide feedback and recognize the contributor’s effort in improving the project
Acceptance criteria:
[x] The bot must recognize and correctly process a specific command used by maintainers to rate a pull request (e.g., @RaceOfSlothsBot score 3)
[x] Upon issuing the rating command, the bot should immediately confirm the rating by posting a comment on the pull request, stating the score assigned
[x] If the rating command is incorrect or fails (e.g., due to syntax errors, or permissions issues), the bot should provide a clear, helpful error message explaining what went wrong and how to correct it.
[x] Verify that only maintainers with the appropriate permissions within the repository can issue rating commands. This prevents unauthorized users from influencing the competition.
[x] The bot should immediately respond with the following text:
