User story

As a maintainer, I want to submit my repository for the "Race of Sloths" via a contact form, so that I can participate in the competition and allow my project to gain visibility and contributions.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] Ensure that there is a dedicated submission form accessible from the main navigation or prominently featured on the homepage or under a specific “For Maintainers” section.
• [ ] The form should be clearly labeled as “Submit Your Repository” or a similar call-to-action that indicates its purpose.
• [ ] The form must collect essential information about the repository, including the repository's GitHub URL, the maintainer’s contact information (name, email), and a brief description of the repository.
• [ ] Include optional fields for additional information such as the primary languages used in the repository, project goals, and specific needs of contributors.
• [ ] Provide clear instructions or tooltips within the form explaining what information is needed and why it is necessary. This will help maintainers provide complete and accurate submissions.
• [ ] Include information on what happens after a submission, such as expected time frames for review and approval.
• [ ] Implement field validations to ensure that all provided information is in the correct format, especially for email addresses and URLs.
• [ ] Provide clear, friendly error messages when the form is filled out incorrectly and highlight the fields that need attention.
• [ ] Upon successful form submission, maintainers should receive an immediate visual confirmation on the screen.
• [ ] Send an automated email confirmation to the maintainer’s provided email address confirming the receipt of their submission and outlining the next steps.
