replace wrapText function #22

https://github.com/NEAR-Edu/near-certification-tools/blob/2d77d6af8594bfe0d456a9aa9c4c5a91efe382d9/web-app/helpers/certificate-designs.ts#L30-L57 doesn't make sense and is too fragile. E.g. 6 words is arbitrary.

We need a better solution.
