Wow, even https://github.com/NEAR-Edu/near-certification-tools/commit/06d19481130f597467c638b759ecaa3db42f6163 did not fix it on production: https://certificates.near.university/certificate/04d0960b0f8d458b89e08418f4b5c806

I don't know why prod is so different from local.

Once we figure out the root cause, we should probably revert https://github.com/NEAR-Edu/near-certification-tools/commit/06d19481130f597467c638b759ecaa3db42f6163 since that didn't solve it on prod and seemed odd locally.
