VS Code settings #12

I am using VS Code for development, I believe @ryancwalsh and @encody are too. So I propose we add a .vscode directory (VS Code's configuration directory) to the repository with a collection of settings and suggested settings, maybe tasks for this repo.

Feel free to commit your suggestions, no brainers would be typescript.tsdk etc.

@petarvujovic98 I have no experience with a .vscode directory and am curious to hear more.

I'm also excited for you to work on the "standards" repo or whatever that you mentioned.
