Resolves #476

[x] Remove unnecessary checks from landing-page tests (Validating the change in the url is good enough for the test, we don't need to validate the content of the page)
[x] Speeds up "Feed Page Tests" and adds wallet-connected storage state (needed to validate post button)
[x] Wait for items to be visible (rather than timeouts) in post to proposal test
[x] Fix formatting
