long account names in charts should be abbreviated #32

Describe the bug The charts page shows a few graphs with account names. Would be better to limit account names to their first 20? chars

Okay, this is weird. It works properly only: 1) served from localhost, 2) in light mode, 3) in Brave browser. I'm using the correct setting for echarts (grid.containLabel = true), but it doesn't seem to work.
