[Request]: LMA1 Restricted Area #21

What data would you like to add?

This dataset depicts the boundaries of the Lobster Management Area One Restricted Area (Maine) in effect annually from October 1 to January 30.

Are there data currently in the package that are similar?

Thanks for setting up some example / test scenarios @andybeet to work through things!

I initiated a PR to add this data into NEFSCSpatial, PR-#26. First stab, so may need to tweak some stuff. @kimberly-bastille assigned as a reviewer on the PR.

No problem, i've been slacking on this so glad it helped. PR looks perfect. The only thing i might add is that on the PR you can add the issue so it automatically closed when the PR is merged.

Thanks for doing that @andybeet. It might be worth adding a checklist to the issue template for adding new data that way we don't forget the steps that should be done?
