Adding Request: Shellfish strata

Requesting the shapefile depicting the Shellfish (Clam and Scallop) Survey Strata are added to NEFSCSpatial. The following files have been added as requested:

Saved data as sf object in an .rda file located in data/Shellfish_Strata.rda Documented data in R/data_Shellfish_Strata.R (may need more metadata) Ran roxygen2 to create .Rd file from documentation in man/Shellfish_Strata.Rd Updated reference in _pkgdown.yml

i agree completely. i like the way you have it. i tried to copy your doc as a template but i might have copied the wrong one some of the time. i'll fix those
