Summary

Added 3 more years of physical forcing through 2020 (previously through 2017). Reorganized forcing related files

New Files

R/ECCO/make_ECCO_vflux_duplicate_years.R : repeats 2017 vertical flux for 3 more years
R/Physcial_Forcing/make_GLORYS_PSY_comparison.R : creates comparison plots of physical variables between PSY and GLORYS products for the overlapping time period
R/Physical_Forcing/plot_statevars_spatial.R : plots box-level physical variables
R/Physical_Forcing/rename_PSY_files.R : helper function for quick renaming of directories

Files Changed

updated paths in : append_vflux.R, call_make_ECCO_vflux.R, call_make_GLORYS_files.R
at_force_LINUX.prm : added new years for physical tracers

@andybeet @gambler1650 Added new physical forcing files. We can still choose to only run model until 2018 until the other forcing files are in.
