Added WOL swept area estimates + #259

Added WOL (Wolffish) swept area biomass estimates. This code previous has an SVSSP code missing so no biomass estimates were calculate. The SVSPP code was added to the main Atlantis_1_5_...csv file so it could propogate through the code

Can you update the data/sweptAreaBiomassNEUSBoxSpringandFall.RDS file you created for the spatial biomass reference points?

This looks good. I have to merge on the command line due to conflicting rds files
