Lease area shapefile update #134

Replaced old shapefile folder with a new one which is comprised of the most up-to-date lease area shapefiles. These have been compared alongside shapefiles of lease areas from BOEM's website [https://www.boem.gov/renewable-energy/mapping-and-data/renewable-energy-gis-data] on August 10, 2022. All the lease areas are the same as before; the only difference is that 6 NY Bight lease areas and 2 Carolina Long Bay Lease Areas have been added.

The update was done using the following steps:

  1. Deleted old shapefile folder
  2. Created a new shapefile folder
  3. Uploaded shapefiles

Please note: The first time I tried to create a folder, I ended up just making a file (whoops), so you may see a commit to delete that file to correct my mistake.

We may want to hold off on this merge until after we talk tomorrow. That's because the new update includes two Carolina Long Bay Lease Areas, which I'm not confident would be part of the "Greater Atlantic," so I'd like to ask the group.

I was told it still might be "Greater Atlantic," but I just mapped our data next to it, and the landings don't even come close to the Northern most lease area. I'm going to close out this request and create a new one once I removed the Long Bay lease areas if that works.
