When marina comes back, try to have her beef up the documentation as she goes along.

one documentation update we'll need: Somewhere in the data_extracting.rmd, near where we set up the directories, we'll need to explain that:

1. Someone from ITD needs to mount mlee, dcorvi and socialsci to the user's container.
2. The user needs to put those locations into the credentials.R file. We want to store them there, and not in the main code, because those folder locations will probably vary slightly by user.
