error message:

Cannot open "/home/mlee/mlee_net/Effort-Displacement---Scallop/data/external/shapefiles/All_Lease_Areas_Shapefile";

That folder is empty on github -- did these get removed/updated? If so, need to update

and possibly a few other files.

Update, still working on this. There was an issue with the spatial join so I made some adjustments that aren't working down the line so I may just need to re-edit the new shapefiles.

This is being fixed with issue #221
