code to loop over the tiny report, creating and saving data.

@mchaji -- this should work, although I have not fully tested it yet.

  1. Restart R. Switch to this branch and check out
  2. Run the "knit_tiny_scallop_analysis_loop.R" --- hang around for about a minute so you can select the FishSETFolder. This should produce 12 RDS files in data/main/casestudies. This will take a while -- about an hour.
  3. Run "case_study_comparisons.Rmd"
