We probably need separate folders for species, otherwise things may get really messy.

Probably just for the images, stata_code, R_code, stata_code, and tables folders.

Organize by "function" then by species? Or species then function? I think function then species.

Species then function makes directory setting very easy EconomicFishCondition/data_folder EconomicFishCondition/silver_hake/stata_code EconomicFishCondition/silver_hake/images

But so does function then species: EconomicFishCondition/stata_code/silver_hake EconomicFishCondition//images/silver_hake

EconomicFishCondition/stata_code/ (or nothing).

If we do this, we just need to do it for the econometrics. In favor of doing function then species.
