I have most of the allocation and usage data

Allocations AMS (2007-present) - done DAS2 from GARFO -- 2004-2008. Probably just want to use 2004-2006. DAS from GARFO -- 2004 to partial 2007. Probably don't want to use at all.

Usage AMS 2007-present DAS2 from GARFO 2006-2008, probably just want to use 2006. DAS from GARFO -- TBD.
