The GitHub Workflow for demos https://github.com/NEMRI-org/primo-optimizer/blob/aa8aa821ae3aafae72a236310a4e920cf40fa674/.github/workflows/demo.yml for Windows is failing since 09/2024. Unclear why the recipe for installation of SCIP that works for Linux runners and used to work for Windows runners has stopped working.

Diagnose and fix the issue. Low priority since the SCIP executable is routinely checked on Windows machines locally.
