Assuming https://github.com/NEMRI-org/primo-optimizer/blob/1fceb64c64209710b7d9538629dca6df007aa3f9/conda-env.yml is included in the repo after the pull request, the environment creation steps can be simplified to: conda env create -f conda-env.yml
