Nagios Icon Library #1

Please include all icons available on Nagios Exchange: https://exchange.nagios.org/directory/Graphics-and-Logos/Images-and-Logos

Please feel free to post a PR adding the icons to https://github.com/Cat5TV/nems-www/tree/master/share/nagios_themes/nems-1.3/images

Should also include a README.md with the links to each used icon set on the Nagios Exchange, just so it's clear where they originated.

I'm happy to do this, but it'll happen sooner if someone else submits the PR. I'm too busy with coding NEMS Cloud Services at the moment.
