Telegram has now changed from the old format of a gXXX style code for the chat id to a newer -XXX style format. I had to revert to the legacy mode in order to get the proper gXXX code for Telegram to start working properly.

Thanks. I'll look into this and see about patching the Telegram notifications script in 1.6.
