nems-init hangs with message 'NEMS Linux is currently updating itself. Please wait...' #4

A newly burned image of Nems hangs itselft on the 'nems-init hangs with message

'NEMS Linux is currently updating itself. Please wait...'' message.

Issue: Terminating the script and launching apt full-upgrade gives several :

Repository <> changed its 'Suite' value from 'stable' to 'oldoldstable'. This must be accepted explicitily before updates for this > repository can be applied [...] and waits for user confirmation. User needs to confirm every repository and finish the upgrade. After the upgrade is done, launching nems-init no longers hangs.

This board is not supported on the current branch of NEMS Linux, and 1.5.2 was decommissioned several years ago. Perhaps it would be better to put in a feature request to port NEMS Linux 1.7 to Pine A64+ 2GB? If there's a demand for it, I'd definitely love to consider it.
