Changes to "Mile Post" description and field names #15

Structural change between versions 1 and 2 or NENA-STA-006

Change descriptive name “Mile Post” to “Milepost” and changed associated field name “Mile_Post” to “Milepost” in the SiteStructureAddressPoint layer.

Source NENA-STA-006.2-2022 from sub-bullets in "Specific structural changes to the Data Model that were made:" bullet on page 13 under the Reason for Issue/Reissue section.
