StreetNamePrePostDirectional Domain longer than Field Width #22

Describe the bug

In NENA-STA-006.2-2022, Table 4-2 RoadCenterLine Layer (pages 24-25), Table 4-3 StreetNameAlias Table (page 29), and Table 4-4 SiteStructureAddressPoint Layer (page 30), define the Street Name Pre Directional (St_PreDir), Street Name Post Directional (St_PosDir), Alias Street Name Pre Directional (ASt_PreDir), and Alias Street Name Post Directional (ASt_PosDir) fields width as 9 characters. The domain values of the field values was expanded in v2 to include French equivalent “Nord-Ouest” which is 10 characters long. The current field widths do not support all domain values and is recommended to be increased from 9 to 10 characters.
